Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Influencer Partnerships: Develop and oversee influencer strategies and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Lead the creation of high-quality, targeted content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Brand Voice and Guidelines: Ensure that our brand voice and guidelines are consistent across all social media platforms and collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to inquiries, and monitor reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Define goals, measure ROI, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media strategy.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Research and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, audience preferences, technologies, and benchmark trends to ensure our social media strategy remains effective.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in social media management and strategy execution, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Content Creation and Analysis: Expertise in content creation, platform-specific best practices, and audience analysis, with a strong understanding of ROI and metrics analysis.
  • Brand Alignment: Proven ability to align work with the brand persona and guidelines, with a strong understanding of brand voice and tone.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience, including managing team members and external partners, with a strong understanding of project management and coordination.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (Arabic and English) with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and language differences.
