We are a fast-growing company seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to join our team in the UAE. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and a proven ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Review and Compliance

Review MEP design drawings for compliance with relevant standards and regulations, ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Project Scoping and Management

Prepare and manage project scopes for MEP works, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

MEP Systems Expertise

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of MEP systems, including firefighting, fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and combined services networks, and ensure that our projects incorporate the latest technologies and best practices.

Project Monitoring and Control

Work independently to monitor and control various MEP projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget, and identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.

Authority Requirements

Familiarize with authority requirements such as SEWA/DEWA and Civil Defense, and ensure that our projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Technical Skills

Utilize computer applications to read AutoCAD, review engineering drawings, and assess basic estimation requirements, and ensure that our projects are delivered with the highest level of technical accuracy and precision.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare comprehensive project reports to assist management in making informed decisions, and ensure that our projects are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.

Budgeting and Cost Estimation

Contribute to budgetary cost estimation and scope of work for future projects, and ensure that our projects are delivered within budget and on time.

MEP Works Experience

Possess experience in MEP works related to civil and infrastructure projects, and ensure that our projects incorporate the latest technologies and best practices.

Inspections and Quality Control

Inspect MEP installations before and after the issuance of operation permits for minor industries and plants, and ensure that our projects meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Documentation and Collaboration

Ensure proper documentation of all activities, working collaboratively with other team members, and ensure that our projects are delivered with the highest level of technical accuracy and precision.

Job Scheduling and Coordination

Establish necessary job schedules as required, and ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Teamwork and Communication

Effectively coordinate with team members, other organizations, and relevant authorities, and ensure that our projects are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in the Middle East.

Language Skills

Proficiency in reading and writing English and should be able to communicate in other languages such as URDU/ARABIC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 2,000.00 - AED 4,000.00 per month
