Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor PTW Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of permit requirements, safety procedures, and risk assessment methodologies. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective permit systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of high-risk activities.
- Provide training and guidance to personnel on safety procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory role within the oil and gas industry.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in PTW from ADNOC/WMS H2S HSE.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
