Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera planning tools, ensuring timely execution and coordination with various stakeholders.
  2. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  3. Project Analysis: Analyze project sequences for optimization, identify potential delays, and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate schedule impacts.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify variances from the original plan, and provide regular status reports to management.
  5. Resource Forecasting: Prepare and update resource forecasts for the year, ensuring accurate resource allocation and planning.
  6. Contract Management: Understand contract terms, issue delay letters to contractors, and prepare and submit EOT claims.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of project updates, progress, and issues.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in construction planning for building projects
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering discipline
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Primavera (Oracle Primavera Cloud experience is an added advantage) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Additional advantage: PMP / PMI-SP / CIOB certification
  • Ability to multitask, work effectively in a team, self-motivated, and demonstrate long-term commitment
