- Minimum 10 Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong Proficiency: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
- HRIS and Talent Management Systems: In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, talent management systems, and other HR technology solutions.
- Translation of Complex Data: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
