Job Description

Core42 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead our technology vision and ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance: Ensure that project governance is defined and maintained throughout the project duration, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Technology Vision: Develop and communicate the company's technology vision to senior leadership and end-users, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Technology Standards: Analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Technical Services: Develop, track, and control the technical services annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's financial goals.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for technology spending and initiatives, ensuring that they are well-researched and data-driven.
  • Project Planning: Select and lead project teams, and independently plan, track, report, and manage changes and risks using the correct project management methodologies and tooling.
  • Quality Delivery: Ensure that programs and projects are delivered within the boundaries of time, cost, and quality according to customer expectations and requirements.

  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior business and IT management, and communicate effectively with end-users.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of technology standards, project management methodologies, and budgeting and financial management.
