About Us: Liverpool Al Reem is a reputable nursery that provides high-quality education and care to children. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Child Development: Undertake activities with all children to ensure their safety and facilitate their physical, emotional, and educational development.
  • Lesson Planning: Carry out planned educational activities and programs of learning while promoting independent learning.
  • Care and Education: Provide a high standard of care and educate within the framework of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Communication: Establish a supportive relationship with children and parents concerned and interact with them according to their individual needs.
  • Adaptation: Encourage acceptance and inclusion of all children and use appropriate skills to adapt activities necessary to meet the needs of all students.
  • Assessment and Record-Keeping: Monitor, assess, and record children's individual needs with the Learning and Development Profile Book.
  • Action Plans: Develop action plans where necessary to support children's learning.
  • Care and Welfare: Be responsible for the care, welfare, health, and safety and security of all children within the Nursery.
  • Display Preparation: Assume responsibility for the preparation of displays.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Participate in assessments of and preparing reports on children's work and development.
  • Training and Development: Actively participate in training programs, attending professional development activities as appropriate, and actively contribute to their annual appraisal.
  • In-House Training: Compile in-house training, identifying topics and prepare and present training to fellow staff members.
  • Social and Extra-Curricular Activities: Contribute to the social and extra-curricular activities of the Nursery and assist with the organization of such as required.
  • Preparation and Organization: Leave the Nursery ready for the next day, ensuring that plans are ready to be implemented and resources available.
  • Teaching Requirements: Follow ADEK approved teaching requirements.
  • Parent Communication: Use our Parent app to its full potential, including messaging parents and tagging pictures and children's assessments.
  • Classroom Maintenance: Ensure the classroom is clean and hygienic according to the high standards of Liverpool Al Reem, with all toys sanitized daily.

Requirements: The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Education or Cache Level 3, experience teaching 1-4 years old, an in-depth understanding of childhood development and EYFS Curriculum, excellent communication skills in the English Language, 2 to 3 years' experience, be attentive and patient, excellent in arts and craft, based in Abu Dhabi, have a police clearance, and be full-time.
