Digital Sales Role Overview

This is a full-cycle sales role where you will be responsible for managing relationships with Mid-Market clients' accounts, driving sales and upselling across all Visa products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of how our products are used to enable business goals or overcome challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Applying knowledge of our products and offerings to sell and maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  2. Managing current accounts, identifying new opportunities, maintaining account plans and creating presentation materials.
  3. Forecasting sales and having knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through procurement.
  4. Participating in client communications and developing presentations using phone, video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
  5. Maintaining industry trend knowledge and government regulations that may affect assigned territory.
  6. Collaborating with the digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of sales relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluent English and strong proficiency in a second language, Arabic highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Prior experience in a full-cycle sales role or related field with a focus on direct client sales.
  • Strong ability to communicate concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry preferred.

This role is based in Dubai, working full-time in the office with less than 10% travel requirements.
