- Ambiance and Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of ambiance, cleanliness, and exclusivity at the EP Club area, ensuring a luxurious experience for our guests.
- Colleague Management: Oversee all aspects of colleague and training functions, including hiring, performance appraisals, counseling, coaching, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, MOHG standards, and hotel requirements to ensure our services remain competitive and exceptional.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Front Office sections to provide seamless and personalized service to our guests.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other reasonable duties as required by Senior Management.
- Experience: Minimum two years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment, with resort experience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide colleagues.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
