Job Summary

The Staff Nurse is a key member of the healthcare team at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City - SSMC, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence in nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide direct patient care, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the UAE.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
