We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Expert to join our team at InterContinental Fujairah Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all hotel facilities, with a focus on energy conservation, life safety, and preventive maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain all hotel policies, standards, and procedures related to energy conservation, fire prevention, and other life safety programs.
- Oversee the performance of general contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality work is completed.
- Report any equipment breakdowns or issues to the Engineering Manager and arrange for repairs or replacements as necessary.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in hotels, preferably in a technical maintenance or engineering role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
