The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in patient care and medical knowledge, gained through a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification. They must have a registered nurse (RN) license and relevant certifications, demonstrating their professional capabilities. Additionally, they should have minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with diverse populations including Arabic-speaking patients.
