Breadth of Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and measure ingredients according to precise recipes
  2. Mix and knead dough with great care
  3. Operate modern baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
  4. Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes, or toppings
  5. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization of work area
  6. Follow rigorous food safety standards and guidelines
  7. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in baking or culinary arts preferred but not necessary
  • Able to follow recipes accurately and with precision
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Good time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
