About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a Human Resources Mobilization Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the mobilization of employees to various locations, including project sites and other company work locations. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to obtain Manpower Mobilization Schedules and ensure that all necessary documentation is uploaded to HRMS.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate mobilization schedules with the Talent Acquisition Team* Obtain required documentation, including passports and visa requirements* Arrange accommodation and transportation for incoming and outgoing personnel* Process mobilization/demobilization of personnel to and from project site locations* Work with Project Administrators on current and forecasted mobilization/demobilization schedules* Ensure employees have been assigned necessary IT equipment and office space* Perform on-boarding activities, including issuance of Employee ID numbers and HR inductions
