La empresa Duncan & Ross busca un Ingeniero de Campo Civil/Structural que se encargue de supervisar los aspectos civiles y estructurales de los proyectos de construcción en la industria del petróleo y gas. Este puesto requiere un profesional altamente capacitado para garantizar que todos los trabajos civiles y estructurales se realicen de acuerdo con las especificaciones del proyecto, los estándares de seguridad y dentro del cronograma establecido.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:

  • Supervisar y coordinar las actividades de construcción civil y estructural en el sitio.
  • Asegurar que todo el trabajo de construcción cumpla con los planos, especificaciones y estándares de la industria.
  • Realizar inspecciones regulares en el sitio para monitorear el progreso y la calidad de la construcción.
  • Proporcionar apoyo técnico y orientación al personal del sitio, incluidos contratistas y subcontratistas.
  • Resolver problemas y abordar cuestiones civiles y estructurales que surjan durante la construcción.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones del proyecto, códigos y estándares de seguridad.
  • Implementar procedimientos de control de calidad para verificar la integridad y el rendimiento de las instalaciones civiles y estructurales.
  • Realizar inspecciones y pruebas de materiales y mano de obra para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del proyecto.
  • Mantener documentación precisa de inspecciones, pruebas y actividades de construcción.
  • Colaborar con otras disciplinas de ingeniería, gerentes de proyecto y partes interesadas para asegurar una ejecución fluida del proyecto.
  • Asistir a reuniones de proyecto y proporcionar actualizaciones sobre el progreso y los problemas de ingeniería civil y estructural.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo y revisión de cronogramas, presupuestos y planes de recursos del proyecto.
  • Promover y hacer cumplir una sólida cultura de seguridad en el sitio, adhiriéndose a todas las políticas y procedimientos de HSE.
  • Realizar auditorías y inspecciones de seguridad de manera regular en los trabajos civiles y estructurales.
  • Asegurar que todas las actividades de construcción cumplan con las regulaciones ambientales y las mejores prácticas.

CALIFICACIONES CLAVE:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Estructural o un campo relacionado.
  • Se requiere un mínimo de 10 años de experiencia en ingeniería en la industria del petróleo y gas, con al menos 5 años en ingeniería de campo.
  • Conocimiento sólido de sistemas, materiales y técnicas de construcción civiles y estructurales específicos para proyectos de petróleo y gas.
  • Dominio en el uso de software de diseño y análisis de ingeniería (por ejemplo, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000).
  • Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y análisis.
  • Familiaridad con estándares y regulaciones de la industria (por ejemplo, ACI, AISC, ASCE).
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno orientado al trabajo en equipo.
  • Disposición para viajar a varios sitios de proyectos según sea necesario.
