Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Safety Officer and contribute to the success of our business. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct daily rounds of the facility to identify any abnormalities and hazards; coordinate with the supervisor for the same, both inside the facility and outside the perimeter.
  2. Maintain discipline and harmony in the facility in coordination with the Supervisors and the Manager.
  3. Report any indiscipline, disruptive, or dishonest conduct by workers to management.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH / IOSH trained.
  • Energetic and ready for physical activities.
  • Eye for detail and near miss risks and analysis.
  • Excellent in people management and discipline handling.
  • Self-disciplined in upholding the safety culture within the organization.
  • Proactive and a team player, dedicated to continuous improvement.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
