We are seeking an Investment Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on private equity transactions in the South Korean market. Our client is a leading global private equity fund with a strong presence in the Middle East.
About the Role:
- Originate, evaluate, and execute private equity investment opportunities in South Korea, working closely with sector specialists and global investment teams.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and LBO modelling to support deal execution, leveraging expertise to drive transactions.
- Manage relationships with GPs, portfolio companies, and other key stakeholders to monitor performance and enhance value creation.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the South Korea investment strategy, identifying trends and key opportunities.
Requirements:
- Associate or Senior Associate level professional with a background in private equity, sovereign wealth funds, or top-tier investment banking in South Korea.
- Strong exposure to South Korean investments, preferably in buyouts, with excellent financial modelling and LBO expertise.
- Fluent in Korean with strong cross-border transaction experience and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with willingness to relocate full-time to Abu Dhabi.
