The Opportunity
This role offers a unique chance to be part of a prestigious global investment firm's growing team. As a private equity investment professional, you will be responsible for driving the success of direct private equity investments in Europe.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
- Developing and analysing financial models to inform investment decisions
- Leading certain workstreams such as diligence processes and collaborating with industry experts, management teams, and investment partners
- Working alongside other top-tier asset managers and private equity funds on co-investment opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working in M&A or leveraged finance teams of a top-tier investment bank
- Excellent academic achievements from a reputable university
- Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
- Fluency in a European language in addition to English is desirable but not required
