Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute a detailed digital and public relations strategy that aligns with the overarching marketing objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market assessments to uncover emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Content Management: Lead the development and execution of a cohesive content strategy for Beaches and Marinas, ensuring alignment with corporate directives.
  • Budget Planning: Collaborate with the Cluster Resort Director to identify annual marketing budget needs and provide monthly financial forecasts.
  • Growth Initiatives: Proactively identify digital growth opportunities and address gaps to enhance our marketing strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns to optimize return on advertising spend (ROAS).
  • Public Relations: Identify and pursue PR and sponsorship opportunities in collaboration with external agencies.
Brand, PR & Content Management
  • External Communication: Manage relationships with external partners, including creative and PR agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality production of marketing materials.
  • Content Review: Oversee the proofreading and review process for press releases and promotional content.
  • Brand Consistency: Implement brand messaging and visual identity guidelines to maintain authenticity across all platforms.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to provide detailed briefs and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Brand Oversight: Manage the brand identity and reputation of the Beaches and Marinas, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
