About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Sustainability & Strategy to join our team at Aldar Hospitality. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sustainability initiatives across our organization.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic plans that align with our corporate objectives, while also analyzing financial data to identify areas of improvement and optimize resource allocation. Additionally, you will represent Aldar Hospitality at ESG and industry sustainability events, staying informed on best practices and sharing knowledge within the organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a corporate governance, quality management or strategy function, preferably with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity in the design of a corporate governance framework.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including ESG principles and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and analyze data to inform business decisions.
