About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team at Maxell Group of Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR and administrative functions of the company.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the management of HR and administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll management, benefits administration, and general administrative tasks.
  2. Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.
  3. Process and renew company registrations, trade licenses, visas, and other legal documents in accordance with UAE laws.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws, regulations, and procedures related to employment, immigration, and business operations.
  5. Prepare and submit required documents and forms to government authorities and follow up on applications and approvals.
  6. Represent the company in meetings with government officials and agencies as required.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR & Admin Executive or HR cum PRO or relevant role.
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, Business Administration or relevant field.
