The Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and establish strategic partnerships for our home care staffing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare staffing industry.

Main Responsibilities :

  1. Strategic Growth : Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare organisations, home care agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  3. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to clients and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  5. Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the home care staffing sector.
  6. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt and refine business strategies.
  7. Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favourable terms and sustainable partnerships.
  8. Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the company's unique value proposition.
  9. Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
  10. Provide feedback to internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.
  11. Performance Monitoring : Track and report on sales and business development metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  12. Set and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the home care and healthcare staffing sectors, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  4. Proven ability to identify and close business opportunities, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
