We are looking for a skilled Property and Facility Supervisor (Emirati) to manage and ensure the effective operation and upkeep of various properties and facilities.

The successful candidate will possess a robust background in facilities management, demonstrating a history of efficiently overseeing intricate facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for property operations management.
Evaluate and enhance the performance of both soft and hard services.
Prepare and manage property budgets to optimize profitability.
Minimize operational expenses while ensuring maximum value for investments.
Comply with safety regulations through regular inspections.
Maintain properties to guarantee they are functional and visually appealing.
Oversee essential central services, including reception, security, and maintenance.
Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and investment assessments.
Manage contracts, supervise contractors, and effectively address tenant concerns.

RequirementsA degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil disciplines.
Possession of a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential or equivalent is preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Facilities Management.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, concepts, and regulations.
Familiarity with the scope and areas of expertise in Facilities Management.
Proficiency in standard office and CAD software.
