Job Description:

In the role of Offshore Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing project execution plans for offshore construction operations related to transportation and installation of facilities. This involves maximizing economic performance while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with client requirements.

The successful candidate will act as a focal point for all offshore operations-related matters with clients and other involved parties, facilitating coordination to ensure the offshore scope is carried out in a controlled and well-planned manner.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring projects are completed safely and in accordance with applicable quality requirements.
  2. Executing offshore operations with zero accidents, maintaining quality, and adhering to schedule and budget.
  3. Providing overall supervision to project engineering and operations expertise in scope preparation and execution.
  4. Ensuring all necessary personnel and equipment/consumables are operational and that operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
  5. Continuously seeking improvements in vessel performance and implementing all levels of the project safety system developed for the scope.
