Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative electrical systems and equipment at IIQAFGROUP. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement electrical systems, components, and equipment according to project specifications
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine project viability
  • Test and evaluate electrical systems and components to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and identify issues with electrical systems and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, to ensure integrated system design
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in electrical engineering
  • Document project progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare technical reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering and design
  • Proficient in CAD software and other technical tools
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
  • Understanding of industry standards and best practices
  • Familiarity with sustainable energy solutions is a plus
  • Valid professional engineer (PE) license is preferred
  • Knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems is an advantage

  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in designs, calculations, and documentation to prevent errors
  • Communication skills: Clear verbal and written communication for presenting ideas and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Teamwork: Working effectively with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to achieve project goals
  • Continuous learning: Staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in electrical engineering
  • Safety awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment
