Key Responsibilities

The Technical Integration Lead will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between our product and various ERP systems, leveraging open APIs and iPaaS technologies as appropriate.
  • Achieving architectural excellence by maintaining scalable integration architectures and patterns, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of integration solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to define integration requirements and prioritize integration initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining a library of reusable integration components, connectors, and templates to expedite integration projects and enhance productivity.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to integration engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Staying current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in integration and API management, continuously optimizing integration processes and building and scaling integration capabilities.
  • Having extensive knowledge of integration technologies and protocols, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and iPaaS.
  • Having hands-on proficiency in backend programming languages (preferably Node.js) and experience with integration platforms and tools such as iPaaS, API gateways, ETL tools, and middleware solutions.
  • Having solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Having strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Having experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Having familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle Netsuite, SAP, or Salesforce.
