Your Role:

As an F&B Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables, ensuring they feel valued and attended to at all times.
  • Managing reservations and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Preparing the restaurant for service, collaborating with the team to ensure everything is in place.
  • Coordinating with the service team to arrange seating according to the reservation plan.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and entrance area.
  • Building rapport with guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Possessing thorough knowledge of the menu and current promotions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Assisting in the development of the restaurant's database for future reference.
  • Ensuring guests leave satisfied and with a positive impression of their experience.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in the hotel or food and beverage industry, ideally as a Service Attendant for at least one year in a reputable establishment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
