Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with extensive experience in managing Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) projects, including but not limited to CCTV, Access Control Systems, Networking, and Structured Cabling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple ELV projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide a specialized team across various trades to achieve project objectives.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor project profitability, manage budgets, and ensure timely invoicing and collections in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Documentation and Quality Assurance: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, follow implementation methodologies, and ensure quality delivery to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal departments to manage project inflows and outflows effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise with sound technical knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project: Essential for project planning and execution.
  • Strong Supplier Relationships: Ability to maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Management Reporting: Experience in reporting and presenting project updates to stakeholders.
  • Immediate Availability: Candidates should be ready to join the team without delay.

Ideal candidates will possess 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, be proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and have a proven track record of liaising with consultants on multiple construction contracts. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication with all stakeholders.
