Current Opportunity: Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with high-rise site supervision experience to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders on project-related issues
  • Reviewing and implementing mechanical contract drawings and building specifications

We envision success in this role to include:

  1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure program and project requirements are met
  2. Monitoring mechanical services and procedures in accordance with international codes and standards
  3. Providing technical expertise to resolve mechanical-related engineering issues on the project
  4. Ensuring the delivery of contracted Design and Construction Management services to clients
  5. Managing and directing the development and maintenance of project schedules for all phases of the project
  6. Ensuring compliance with company internal processes and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we require:

  • 15+ years of work experience in mechanical engineering, partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Familiarity with authority regulations in the region
  • Previous experience working on high-rise buildings and towers
  • Effective management of contractors
