The Citco Group Limited is seeking an Asset Accounting Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing periodical financial reporting for our institutional clients, including determining net asset value and preparing statements of asset and liabilities, as well as profit and loss statements.
Key responsibilities include executing financial control elements covering assets, liabilities, income, and expenses, and equity. Independently completing cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations and investigating and resolving discrepancies are also essential tasks.
Maintaining contact with client operations staff, banks, custodians, and brokers is crucial to delivering excellent service. Monitoring compliance with various client service agreements and assisting with new client onboarding and launches are also important duties.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication with internal and external parties to ensure client needs are met.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a university degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a professional accounting designation. Experience working in the financial industry or public accounting is an advantage.
