  • Lead and test marketing-tech integrations and pilot processes to support expansion to new platforms and optimize existing ones.
  • Present proposals and results in a clear, data-backed manner with actionable conclusions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis, or comparable roles in high-growth start-ups or e-commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Management Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in scripting languages, querying tools, and analytics software: SQL, Tableau/Data Studio, Python/R.
  • Experience in process automation is an added benefit.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in analytical problem-solving and research design skills.
  • Experience using marketing stacks to drive and measure performance; preferred experience with Power BI, Adobe Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Highly skilled in translating complex quantitative data to diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding communication and collaborative skills.
