Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to enhance our Food and Beverage team.

This role primarily involves evening shifts, with flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure seamless daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
  • Foster a comprehensive understanding of the company's food and beverage offerings to effectively promote to guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen during service to guarantee exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Guide, train, and support Food & Beverage Attendants.
  • Implement the high standards of product and service expected for our guests, in line with the hotel's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months of supervisory experience in a similar capacity.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • A solid grasp of beverage service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and a consistently positive demeanor.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and confidence.
  • A diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred but not essential).
