TAAHEED is seeking a highly skilled Islamic Product Development Director to join our SME & Islamic Banking division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing Islamic assets and liability products for corporate, SME, and retail banking segments.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in an Islamic institution, and possess a strong understanding of profitability drivers and market development across various life cycle stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and launching Islamic assets and liability products
  • Implementing marketing policies and strategies to meet organisational objectives
  • Evaluating market conditions and competitor data to inform marketing plans
  • Overseeing marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
  • Developing a 1-2 year strategy and sales plan for product development
  • Team management

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Finance, or Commerce
  • Shariah certification
  • Proven ability to manage and understand risk
  • Experience in developing products and marketing plans for Islamic Banking
  • Fluent English, Arabic a definite advantage
