The American Hospital Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Controller to join our Quality Department team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the development, approval, issue, change, distribution, maintenance, use, storage, security, and disposal of documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the efficient operation of the Quality Department by managing correspondence and processing documents.
  • Collate reports, maintain databases, and conduct data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Track Quality Documents and Version Control, and notify staff about newly published Quality documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field preferred.
  • Secretarial or Administrative certificate preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of Administrative experience, with at least one year related to Healthcare or Quality.
  • Knowledge of document control and management processes and standards.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and common clinical policies and procedures.
