The successful candidate will have extensive experience in civil works and infrastructure management, with a strong background in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of civil works & earthworks, infrastructures, engineering, construction, installation, commissioning of buildings, camps, and facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing); French and/or Arabic language is a plus.
