Key Responsibilities:- Promote ALDAR Properties: Develop and execute strategies to promote our properties to Abu Dhabi brokers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and assist in conducting training sessions for external brokers on ALDAR projects, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Broker Relationship Management: Identify, connect with, and sign agreements with potential brokers to establish a continuous working relationship.
- Database Management: Grow and maintain a healthy database of local brokers in Abu Dhabi, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Broker Inquiries: Manage and respond to broker inquiries, raising red flags to the line manager as necessary.
- Sales Team Alignment: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing and sales campaigns, products, rates, challenges, and lessons learned.
- International Market Analysis: Assist in identifying potential international markets for penetration and provide recommendations to the Vice President – Broker Management and Sales Support.
- Event Management: Assist in managing the process of launching brokers' sales events, roadshows, and exhibitions in Abu Dhabi.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Assess challenges and penetration barriers for each potential market, recommend solutions and promotions to the line manager, and provide periodic reporting on the brokerage function's main metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
Min of 4+ years of related experience.
