We are a new café, Wadi Al Qahwa Cafe, seeking an experienced Senior Barista with 5-6 years of experience in crafting specialty drinks. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, including specialty drinks and custom orders.
- Lead the barista team, mentoring junior staff and ensuring consistent quality.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all customers.
- Take and serve customer orders, focusing on personalized service and attention to detail.
- Assist with menu development, introducing new specialty drinks.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café, including all coffee equipment and workspaces.
- Manage stock levels of coffee, food, and supplies, assisting with inventory.
- Uphold health and safety standards in food and beverage preparation.
