We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to identify opportunities for increasing workshop revenue and develop new systems and processes to tap into available potential. Key responsibilities include liaising with Principles to enhance Dealer standards at all service locations and suggesting improvements in facility layout, comfort, systems, and operations to achieve higher dealer standards and customer satisfaction.
This role also involves conducting regular surveys of the market and competitors' workshops, studying best industry practices, and introducing new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing dealer standards, monitoring jobs that are not approved, and implementing an action plan to address any issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, planning, organizing, and negotiation skills. A graduate engineer or diploma holder in automobile/mechanical engineering, with 10-15 years of experience in the automotive service department and 3 years in a service manager position, is essential for this role.
