Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance.
  • Professional qualification (CFA, CA, CPA, CIMA, MBA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • 810 years of relevant work experience, preferably with experience in the Education and Real Estate Development industries.
  • Indepth understanding of IFRS, Corporate Tax, and VAT regulations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Experience with tools such as PowerBI and excellent presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal daily supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
  • A team player with a knack for documenting workflows and processes.
  • A collaborative mindset is essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals.
