Content and Proposal Manager Role Overview

HSBC Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a highly skilled Content and Proposal Manager to join its Global Payments Solutions (GPS) business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting regional GPS Sales Managers in their pursuit of new business through the creation and project management of bids/proposals, pitch presentations, and other sales enablement materials. This role also involves supporting other B2B content initiatives such as authoring award submissions, client case studies, thought leadership, and campaign collateral.

  1. This individual will develop compelling, compliant, and persuasive proposals for clients, working closely with sales, product, and client management teams to create well-structured, client-specific proposals.
  2. A background in Financial Services with awareness of payment solutions and digital trends is essential, while applicable professional qualifications in Treasury or Bid Management are an advantage.
  3. Fluent English and strong written communication skills are crucial, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
