ResponsibilitiesOur newest opportunity is for a Proposals and Content Coordinator to join our team based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities include:
- Craft and manage compelling, client-focused proposals by integrating draft content, project data, and team profiles, while ensuring alignment with client requirements and pursuit strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, graphic designers, and content creators to refine and deliver polished proposals and marketing materials, maintaining consistency in tone, quality, and branding.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional efforts, to showcase team achievements, enhance client engagement, and elevate the team's profile across platforms.
- Create high-impact content such as case studies, white papers, brochures, and social media posts that position the team as thought leaders and highlight expertise.
- Manage social media strategies, content calendars, and analytics to optimize engagement, expand online presence, and ensure timely, relevant updates.
- Oversee proposal schedules, budgets, and resources, maintaining efficient processes and on-time delivery of qualification documents and other key deliverables.
- Maintain and update a library of reusable content, templates, and databases to streamline proposal and marketing workflows, ensuring competitive and innovative outputs.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination or project administration roles
- Hands-on experience with social media strategy and content management for professional platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram or Twitter
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analytics tools
