About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at MENA-Water.

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering sales activities on a day-to-day basis. This includes receiving, registering, distributing, and following up on enquiries received. You will also coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and analyze sales performance against targets/KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales activities, including meetings, travel arrangements, and customer interactions.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Requirements
