Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement structural building integrity programs, including condition assessments and remediation proposals.
  • Prepare and review designs, specifications, calculations, and drawings for new build schemes, ensuring compliance with statutory approvals.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, promoting a collaborative approach and inspiring the team to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Manage and maintain ownership of structural engineering analysis and design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

  • Inspect works carried out on site, monitoring quality and compliance with design drawings.

  • Offer technical support and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring the technical accuracy of project delivery.
  • Present technical aspects of projects and structural design approaches to technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of current technical engineering codes and practices, contributing to technical matters at project and divisional levels.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional digital and structural modeling skills, providing guidance to junior engineers in developing digital skills.
