The Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority is seeking a highly experienced IT Governance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our IT governance framework, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the IT strategy to guide best practices adoption and address operational and security concerns.
- Direct the development and communication of IT policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Manage the identification and documentation of IT-related needs and develop solutions in collaboration with external vendors.
- Ensure adherence to IT project methodology and framework to ensure projects are executed within quality, time, and approved costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) status or CISCO certified internetwork expert (CCIE).
- Certification in business enterprise solutions such as CIERP.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in IT strategy formulation, policies, processes, systems development, and infrastructure out of which 8 years in a managerial role.
