Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Professional to join our team. As a key member of our geotechnical engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise for geotechnical studies and design, assisting in business development efforts, and serving as the project's point of contact with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical expertise for geotechnical studies and design, including planning, supervising, and leading geotechnical investigations and design activities.
  2. Assist in business development efforts, including preparation of proposals and cost estimates.
  3. Serve as the project's point of contact with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to obtain and determine project requirements and approvals.
  4. Perform on technically complex projects and act as a technical resource by providing guidance to other team members.
  5. Perform and review geotechnical engineering analyses, including basic knowledge of project management including scope, budget, schedule, and resource management.
  6. Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
  7. Undertake geotechnical assessments and checks using specialized software such as GeoStudio, Rocscience, PLAXIS 2D and 3D, Pdisp, Repute, and Wallap.
  8. Understand materials testing objectives, construction drawings, and design reports to support geotechnical investigation and design recommendations.
  9. Analyze and prepare recommendations and reports for projects relating to foundation design, infrastructure, shoring, retaining walls, slope stability, road structure design, materials testing, and other geotechnical-related projects.
