Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Coordinator- Female to join our team at My Perfume Factory LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the review, negotiation, and conclusion of contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Review and Negotiation: Assist in reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Purchasing and Procurement Assistance: Support the purchasing team in procuring goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Due Diligence and Compliance: Facilitate Due Diligence requirements, monitor and maintain update logs of Due Diligence requests and no objection notices, and review procurement documents to ensure satisfaction of procurement requirements.
- Vendor Database Management: Maintain a database of updated vendors/subconsultants, assist in verifying online purchase orders for all projects, and perform other responsibilities associated with this position.
