Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic Expertise: Identify mechanical and electrical issues in Chinese brand motorcycles through thorough diagnostic assessments.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Carry out repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other critical components. Conduct regular maintenance services, including oil changes, tire replacements, and brake inspections.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Parts Management: Order and replace faulty parts with genuine or compatible alternatives. Maintain inventory of parts and tools required for repairs.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, repairs needed, and estimated costs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer information.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of motorcycle mechanics, including engine systems, electrical systems, and diagnostics tools. Familiarity with the specific technical requirements and common issues associated with Chinese brand motorcycles.
