1. Motorcycle Technician

1. Diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcycles to ensure peak performance.
2. Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake checks, and engine tuning.
3. Install accessories and make performance modifications as needed.
4. Keep a clean and organized workspace while following safety standards.
5. Provide expert advice to customers regarding maintenance and repairs.
6. Proven experience as a motorcycle technician or mechanic.
7. Strong knowledge of motorcycle engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Passion for motorcycles and a customer-oriented approach.
10. Relevant certifications or training are a plus.
11. Assist customers in choosing the perfect motorcycle based on their needs.
12. Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations.
13. Process sales transactions and ensure excellent customer service.
14. Maintain showroom display and ensure product availability.
15. Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
16. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
17. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
18. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
19. A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
