  • Oversee all social media platforms: X, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Facebook;
  • Craft a customized strategy for social media channels, particularly X, Instagram, and Telegram;
  • Utilize performance metrics to refine and adapt strategies that align with the organization's objectives;
  • Regularly assess, analyze, and report on the outcomes of social media initiatives;
  • Establish and uphold a cohesive brand strategy and voice that reflects the company's vision;
  • Consistently post across all relevant social media platforms;
  • Develop and manage a content and publishing calendar;
  • Curate engaging and on-brand social media content, including videos, text, images, and memes;
  • Interact with followers across all platforms;
  • Address comments and direct messages as needed.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management across various platforms;
  • Prior experience in cryptocurrency-focused social media (portfolio of projects is a plus);
  • Strong comprehension of social media platforms and their respective audiences;
  • Proficiency in video editing;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively;
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
