Huda Beauty is seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our creative team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in art direction, photography, and visual storytelling, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee photography shoots, ensuring high-quality assets for various campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the photography team, leading product photography shoots, overseeing creative direction, lighting, composition, prop styling, and ensuring alignment with the overall vision.
  • Support Creative Producers in developing engaging and persuasive creative decks for campaign shoots.
  • Conduct trend research, source references, and create storyboards to support creative development and visual direction.
  • Ensure creative work aligns with the brand's DNA, messaging, and creative direction.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in the creative field, with a strong focus on art direction, photography, and visual storytelling.
  • Background in design, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, and composition.
  • Social media native, with an understanding of the visual trends and aesthetic preferences of digital audiences.
  • Knowledge and understanding of makeup and beauty, with an eye for detail and style.
  • Ability to sketch and create mockups to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, with a strong ability to take ownership of projects and tasks from start to finish.
